How do I know you received my order?

Do you Ship Internationally?
We will ship orders anywhere within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to other locations. However, soon this will change, as our selling community have audiences around the world!

How do I know if my purchase has been shipped?
You will receive a shipment notification via email when your order ships. The shipment notification will include your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.
OpenSky will notify you as soon as your order has shipped. You'll receive an email from us letting you know the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) and tracking number of your package. Packages are usually shipped within 1-3 days of order confirmation.
Please keep in mind orders sometimes can come from several suppliers and may take as long as 7-10 days to arrive.
If it's been a while and you haven't heard from us, give us a call and we'll figure out what went wrong.

There is a 365-day guarantee on everything you buy from Mrs. Mama Drama Boutique. If for some reason you decide one of my products isn’t all that or is not what you expected, just return it (at no cost to you) for a full refund!
